Cohort Meeting Components
1st Component: Prayer Requests / Praises
Each Cohort Member shares the top prayer request he/she has at the time of the Cohort, and/or shares his/her top praise. Members pray for and with one another, and answered prayers are tracked in the Kingdom Factor Member Platform.
2nd Component: Kingdom Factor Content Discussion & Application
Kingdom Factor has developed a very comprehensive library of proven content segments helping Cohort Members to grow in 3 key areas: (1) Personal/ Spiritual Development, (2) Biblical World-View of Business and Leadership, and (3) Operational Excellence (building and leading successful and thriving companies/organizations.) KF develops several new content segments every year in order to remain relevant and on the “cutting edge” of life, leadership, and business, in order to equip Cohort Members to become who and what God is calling them to be in all areas of life and business leadership.
3rd Component: Crucial Conversation Presentation
One time a year, in a structured 45-minute presentation format, each Cohort Member has the opportunity to share the single most important issue in his/her life and/or business to the group. This is a highly engaging and extremely valuable aspect of the KF Cohort model- where the “Christian Board of Advisors” concept truly comes to life. Members often experience tens of thousands of dollars in value as the Cohort offers counsel, insight, advice, and problem resolution.
4th Component: Godly Counsel Time
Similar to the Crucial Conversation component, this aspect of the Cohort meeting offers Members the opportunity to share current significant issues, problems, and/or opportunities with the Cohort, and receive counsel and insight on the issues. In this component, in every meeting all Members have the opportunity to share a current and urgent issue, and through a prioritization process, the KF Coach selects two issues the group processes, for approximately 20 minutes each.
5th Component: “Imperatives”
Each month, every Cohort Member commits to one major goal/accomplishment that will be completed prior to the next Cohort meeting. True accountability is accomplished as Members identify a penalty if he/she does not complete the goal. By participating in this component, Cohort Members accomplish at least 12 significant goals/objectives (business, spiritual, personal), which they otherwise likely would not do so.
